Help you take care of your heart with healthy diet and tackling stress

Our Approach

Research and evaluation plays an integral part in our journey. Focusing on rigor and quality, we utilize a blend of public health research and  implementation science to inform, improve and measure the impact of the Care Companion Program. We also provide support in establishing Centres of Excellence in select hospitals to create a conducive platform for testing new innovations in our product offering that can be further scaled up. Qualitative and quantitative research methods are given equal importance in measuring the short and long term impact on health and behaviour outcomes.
